Chalk Hill Poultry

Filed under: Hampshire Food Producers — davidmoldon @ 4:56 pm

Chalk Hill Poultry was certainly well off the beaten track, but a truly dedicated and fascinating place to visit. If you have ever fancied having a few interesting chickens running around in your garden, collecting fresh eggs and just enjoying their company, then you must make a visit to Chalk Hill Poultry.

Chalk Hill Poultry is set in twelve acres of beautiful chalk downland and is uniquely placed on the borders of Hampshire, Wiltshire and Dorset.

We specialise in rare breed poultry and strive to produce the very best examples. Our breeding stock has been carefully selected to ensure we only breed from the finest quality birds. Several of the breeds we keep are listed as endangered by the Rare Breeds Survival Trust.

We stock a variety of Large Fowl and Bantams including popular breeds in several colours. We keep only a few birds in each of our breeding pens to ensure good fertility.
